House-Sitting Journal
Day 3, June 25th
04:32 I woke up, heard that all was quiet and got up to study for my exams.
04:47 Dogs woke up.
04:48 Dogs were let outside.
06:40 Stopped studying, went to get shower.
We (Gray and I) left S&D’s house at 07:00 and arrived at school at 08:00 , just in time for the Poli Sci exam. It was not what Dr. Magna-Carter had told us it would be on, so I BS-ed my way through it. We had an hour between classes, so we reviewed more for the Inter.Comm. exam. We went in at 10AM and took it. I felt like I did pretty well, though a few of the true/false were not on things I had remembered reading in the text and not on things we’d discussed in class. Hmmmmm …
10:53 Headed back to S&D’s.
Upon our arrival, Gray let all of the mutts back in. I cringed and ran into the office to “clear my head on Xanga”. I took Mo with me. I stayed there for five hours. I cleaned out some of my old emails, found this poem, worked on my on-going saga of house-sitting, and drank a 2 liter of Mt. Dew.
18:47 Gray pried me off the keyboard and we ate dinner together, as we always do. We watched TV for a bit.
21:00 Raw is War came on. I assumed the position on the couch. (You little perverts! “The Position” is when I lay down on the couch and throw a blanket on. This is what I do when I am watching something that I know I will fall asleep during.)
21:46 Last time I remember looking at the clock. Sometime after this, Gray woke me up and aided me into the bed, making sure I avoided the Board of Sodomy.
Hey, hope the exams went well. Im not too good under acedemic stress…but I can handle a burning building or car crash with complete grace and elegance :0) Luckily, I dont have to confront the multiple-choice demons for another hmm..three months? Sounds about right *grins*

I was *supposed* to have an exam on the “Magna Carter” (
) but the exam decided that wasn’t a good idea so there I was for 2 and a bit hours writing about the United Nations…hmmm was the UN around when the Magna Carta was? NO I DON’T BLOODY THINK SO!!!!
Grrr!!! Anyway, as stress relief and a congratulatory note for your exams being over, check out the hurtful (oh the pain, the pain of it all!) comments and the horribly upsetting 0 eProps left on my last Nyree Style!
